Juggling it All

Just do this:

  1. Get up earlier than your normal waking time. Give yourself enough time to practice—don't rush it.
  2. Have a quick wash, go to the bathroom, etc.
  3. Drink two large glasses of water.
  4. Practice.
  5. Carry on as usual.

Practicing in the evening (except attending classes) can be a hassle because your mind is full of things from your day and it's difficult to "silence" it. There can also be other distractions—phone, TV, people, etc.

The course is designed so that you can choose what to do each day depending on your mood and how much free time you've got. If you don't practice everyday, you're fooling yourself, so you can choose between a five minute routine or (later), up to an hour.
